These Terms govern the use of Kanji Frenzy, operated by Tatsumaru, a sole proprietorship registered in France.
The App is provided for educational purposes. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App.
The App offers a one-time purchase to remove advertisements. Transactions are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to the policies of those platforms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
